- • As a Technical Content Creator at Distyl AI, you will serve as the strategic voice behind the company’s mission to rearchitect enterprise operations through applied AI, translating complex technical innovations into compelling narratives that resonate with engineers, executives, and industry stakeholders.
- • You will own Distyl’s end-to-end content engine — from ideation and creation to distribution and performance analysis — ensuring every piece of content drives brand authority, recruiting interest, and qualified pipeline while maintaining a consistent, authentic brand voice across all channels.
- • You will partner closely with engineering, sales, PR, and executive teams to produce high-impact technical content including blog posts, white papers, case studies, LinkedIn content, short-form video, newsletters, and ghostwritten executive thought leadership that positions Distyl as a leader in enterprise AI.
- • You will experiment relentlessly with formats and platforms — leveraging AI as a force multiplier — to create DIY video content, optimize social performance, and build relationships with journalists and analysts covering AI and enterprise tech.
- • You will support Distyl’s growth by owning the company’s LinkedIn presence, managing video end-to-end (from scripting to editing), and aligning content with PR and media strategy to amplify reach across owned and earned channels.
- • You will work in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment where curiosity and pragmatism are valued, with direct access to cutting-edge AI tools, real-world enterprise problems, and a team backed by top-tier investors and F500 board members.
- • You will develop deep expertise in AI/ML applications in industries like telecom, healthcare, insurance, and manufacturing while honing your ability to make highly technical subjects accessible and engaging for diverse audiences.
- • You will build a portfolio of high-visibility work that showcases your range — from deep technical writing to viral-worthy short-form video — and establish yourself as a trusted creator in the enterprise AI space.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–7 years of experience in content creation, technical writing, social media, or a related role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating range and impact
- • Prior experience in a technical domain such as engineering, data, or AI/ML is required to effectively translate complex concepts for technical and executive audiences
- • Exceptional writing ability — clear, opinionated, and technically credible — with proven skill in capturing and replicating others’ voices (e.g., founder or executive tone)
- • Hands-on social media experience, including growing audiences and driving performance on platforms like LinkedIn, with comfort using AI tools daily to enhance creativity and efficiency
- • Self-directed and fast-moving mindset, able to ship high-quality content independently with minimal oversight and iterate quickly based on data and feedback
