• • As a Technical Project Manager at Huble, you will be at the forefront of delivering transformative CRM integration projects, specifically within the HubSpot ecosystem. You will be instrumental in guiding projects from their initial conceptualization through to successful deployment and ongoing support, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business goals.
• • Your role will encompass the full project lifecycle, including in-depth discovery phases to thoroughly understand client needs, meticulous planning and implementation of CRM solutions, rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure quality and functionality, effective change management strategies to facilitate adoption, and seamless integration with existing systems.
• • You will be the central point of contact, responsible for defining and managing project scope, meticulously assessing technical and business requirements, and fostering clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and potentially third-party vendors.
• • A core responsibility involves expert management of project scheduling and budget planning. This includes developing comprehensive project plans that not only meet stakeholder and customer needs but also deliver desired outcomes within allocated financial constraints.
• • You will collaborate closely with Resource Managers to accurately forecast and allocate the necessary human and technical resources, ensuring optimal team composition and availability throughout the project duration.
• • The creation and diligent management of project budgets are critical, ensuring they accurately reflect the defined scope of work and the required resource investment, while also identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies.
• • Streamlined project tracking, reporting, and administration are paramount. You will be responsible for the meticulous completion, distribution, and secure storage of all project documentation, maintaining a clear and accessible record of project activities and decisions.
• • Ensuring the timely preparation of project briefs and proactively resolving any unclear or incomplete situations will be a key aspect of your role, preventing potential roadblocks and maintaining project momentum.
• • You will diligently monitor project progress, providing regular, insightful updates to stakeholders to ensure the project remains on track and aligned with client goals and expectations.
• • Effective project communication, adherence to timelines, and ultimately, client satisfaction are the cornerstones of this role. You will be expected to articulate complex problems clearly and bring the right individuals together to find swift and effective solutions, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency.
• • Monitoring all project communications and ensuring that all client communications are responded to promptly and dealt with efficiently is essential for building and maintaining strong client relationships.
