- • The Technical + CS Enablement Manager at Drata plays a critical role in empowering post-sales and technical teams to drive customer success, retention, and growth by designing and delivering targeted enablement programs that align with company objectives.
- • Day to day, the role involves embedding with Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, and Solutions Architecture teams to assess performance, identify skill gaps, and develop onboarding, training, and certification programs focused on product knowledge, renewals, expansion, and technical adoption.
- • Drata is a mission-driven, fast-growing SaaS company of 600+ employees focused on helping organizations build and maintain trust through automated compliance and security monitoring, operating with a culture rooted in ownership, speed, integrity, and customer obsession.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in cross-functional enablement, influence organizational learning at scale, and directly impact team performance and customer outcomes by building scalable, measurable training initiatives that support Drata’s growth and innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in enablement, customer success, sales, technical training, or a related leadership role
- • Experience supporting SaaS teams in product-driven environments
- • Strong ability to communicate, facilitate, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization
- • Builder mindset with the ability to create practical, scalable programs in a fast-moving environment
- • Excellent organization, coaching, and program management skills
- • Ability to connect technical depth with customer-facing impact so teams can drive adoption, retention, and growth
