- • As a Technical Customer Success Manager - Integrations at Agiloft Inc., you will enable customers to deploy scalable, reliable, and efficient integrations using Agiloft’s Integration Hub, driving measurable improvements in integration stability, adoption, and usage efficiency across the customer lifecycle.
- • Day to day, you will partner directly with customers and internal teams to validate integration design, reduce technical risk, accelerate time to value, identify inefficiencies, improve architecture patterns, and ensure integrations are production-ready and sustainable.
- • You will operate at the intersection of customer success, technical advisory, and product insight, contributing to customer retention and expansion by improving adoption in underutilized accounts and stabilizing high-risk environments.
- • You will build repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and review mechanisms that scale integration success across the customer base, resulting in healthier usage patterns, reduced overages, and consistent delivery of high-quality integration outcomes.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in technical customer success, solutions engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role
- • Strong understanding of integration concepts, APIs, and data flow between systems
- • Ability to validate integration design, assess technical risk, and recommend architecture improvements
- • Experience working with enterprise software platforms and supporting customer adoption and expansion
- • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) or related enterprise SaaS solutions
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively with customers and cross-functional internal teams
