- • The Technical Customer Success Manager – Integrations at Agiloft Inc. enables customers to deploy scalable, reliable, and efficient integrations using Agiloft’s Integration Hub, driving measurable improvements in integration stability, adoption, and usage efficiency across the customer lifecycle.
- • Day to day, the role involves partnering directly with customers and internal teams to validate integration design, reduce technical risk, accelerate time to value, identify inefficiencies, improve architecture patterns, and ensure integrations are production-ready and sustainable.
- • Agiloft is a global leader in data-first contract lifecycle management (CLM) software, trusted by organizations worldwide for its flexible Data-first Agreement Platform (DAP), powerful AI capabilities, and robust integration tools, with nearly 100% of new customers satisfied and 97% annual renewal rates.
- • The person in this role can learn to build repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and review mechanisms that scale integration success, contribute to customer retention and expansion, and develop deep expertise in technical advisory, product insight, and customer success at the intersection of technology and business outcomes.
