- • As a Technical Customer Success Manager at Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc., you will serve as the critical bridge between clients and technology, ensuring measurable outcomes through a podcast and content distribution SaaS platform. This role is pivotal in driving client retention, satisfaction, and long-term success by combining technical fluency with strategic advisory capabilities in a fully remote, U.S.-aligned environment.
- • You will own the end-to-end customer lifecycle—from seamless onboarding and adoption to renewal and expansion—acting as a trusted advisor who translates complex client needs into actionable workflows, process documentation, and service actions while maintaining clear, professional communication at every touchpoint.
- • Working within a fast-growing, remote-first SaaS company, you’ll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and support teams to align technical execution with client business goals, leveraging platform metrics and integrations to inform data-driven conversations and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.
- • Your structured, systems-focused mindset will enable you to capture client feedback, document success stories, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in service delivery, directly contributing to product evolution and operational scalability.
- • This role offers deep exposure to SaaS operations, customer lifecycle management, and technical client engagement—ideal for professionals seeking to grow their expertise in technical account management while working with innovative B2B content platforms serving global clients.
- • You will develop advanced skills in CRM utilization (HubSpot), automation workflows (Zapier), SQL-based data exploration, and cross-functional collaboration—building a versatile skill set that is highly transferable across tech, martech, and customer success domains.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of experience in customer success, technical account management, or SaaS support
- • Foundational knowledge of SQL and Python, with the ability to discuss logic, queries, or data flows
- • Non-negotiable: Prior remote work experience, strong command of remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar), and experience supporting U.S. or UK-based clients
