• • The Technical Director, ERP Programs leads the strategy, architecture, delivery, and operational governance of enterprise ERP programs with a primary focus on Oracle Cloud ERP and adjacent enterprise platforms, translating business strategy into scalable ERP architecture and driving large transformation programs from planning through stabilization.
• • Day to day, the role involves defining end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP architecture, overseeing technical configuration and integration patterns, leading architecture reviews, managing implementation partners, and partnering with executive stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT to govern scope, budget, risks, and value realization.
