- • You will be responsible for overseeing the entire technical execution lifecycle, from architectural design and development to ensuring engineering excellence and rigorous quality assurance across all platform applications.
- • Your leadership will directly impact the reliability, performance, and security of our platform, which is currently deployed in over 20 countries and facilitates the seamless exchange of vital healthcare data.
- • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and executive stakeholders to ensure that engineering priorities are tightly aligned with overarching business objectives and the company's strategic roadmap.
- • Drive the development and implementation of best practices in software engineering, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and technical mastery within the engineering teams.
- • Guide and mentor engineering managers and team leads, empowering them to build and maintain high-performing, motivated, and cohesive engineering units.
- • Champion architectural integrity and technical debt management, ensuring the platform remains adaptable, maintainable, and capable of supporting future growth and evolving healthcare data standards.
- • Define and enforce coding standards, development processes, and release management strategies to guarantee the delivery of consistently high-quality software.
- • Oversee the technical roadmap for the Health Data Platform, translating complex business requirements into actionable engineering plans and technical specifications.
- • Play a key role in the recruitment and retention of top engineering talent, building a world-class team that can meet the challenges of a dynamic global health tech market.
- • Ensure the platform's scalability, performance, and resilience to handle increasing data volumes and user demands, supporting our global reach and impact.
- • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product management, operations, and other key departments to ensure cohesive product development and delivery.
- • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes within the health tech landscape, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and platform enhancement.
- • Lead the technical due diligence for potential partnerships or acquisitions, assessing the technical feasibility and integration capabilities of external solutions.
- • Drive the adoption of modern development methodologies, such as Agile and DevOps, to optimize development cycles, improve collaboration, and accelerate time-to-market.
- • Ensure comprehensive documentation of architectural decisions, technical designs, and operational procedures to support knowledge sharing and operational efficiency.
- • Act as a subject matter expert on the Health Data Platform's technical architecture and capabilities, both internally and externally.

- • Experience with FHIR standards and healthcare data interoperability is a significant asset.
