📋 Description
- • Design and deliver specialized onboarding programs for technical seller personas including Solutions Engineers, Solution Architects, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and Technical Account Managers (TAMs).
- • Build training sessions, instructional materials, and assessments from scratch to ensure new technical sellers ramp up with clarity and confidence.
- • Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of technical enablement content such as demo guides, technical objection handling frameworks, competitive technical positioning materials, hands-on labs, and field-ready reference resources.
- • Run ongoing enablement programs for the technical seller community, including regular training sessions, product update briefings, and skill-building workshops tied to real deal scenarios.
- • Partner closely with the Customer Solutions team to gather field insights and understand the specific technical needs of sellers in the field.
- • Translate field feedback and operational challenges into practical enablement programs, reusable learning experiences, and targeted content updates.
- • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, streamline workflows, and enhance the efficiency of enablement delivery for technical seller teams.
- • Stay deeply engaged with Coder’s product ecosystem and the broader technical landscape to maintain credibility when engaging with Solutions Engineers, Solution Architects, and technical customer teams.
- • Build sufficient product fluency to confidently participate in technical discussions and provide accurate, field-tested guidance to technical sellers.
- • Operate with high ownership in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch environment with limited structure, prioritizing impact and adaptability.
- • Create technically credible, practitioner-focused content that is immediately usable in customer-facing scenarios and aligned with real-world sales and support contexts.
- • Continuously evaluate and refine enablement strategies based on feedback, adoption metrics, and evolving product capabilities.
- • Ensure all enablement materials are accessible, scalable, and designed for practical application by technical teams across diverse customer environments.
- • Advocate for the technical seller experience by identifying gaps in knowledge, tooling, or process and driving solutions that improve performance and confidence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of experience in technical enablement, solutions engineering, technical training, or a role focused on enabling technical seller personas.
- • Strong technical aptitude and curiosity; comfortable learning complex products and translating that knowledge into accurate, useful enablement.
- • Proven ability to design and facilitate training for technical audiences.
- • A practical approach to making complex concepts clear, memorable, and useful for practitioners.
- • Hands-on experience using AI in your own work, with strong opinions about where it helps teams move faster and where it does not.
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- • The ability to create content that is technically credible, field-ready, and built for practitioners.
- • Comfort operating with limited structure in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch environment.
- • High ownership, strong judgment, and the ability to own your domain as a P3 individual contributor.
