  • • Technical Enablement Program Manager at Clay Labs Inc. is a foundational role responsible for building and owning training, content, and systems that enable customer-facing technical teams — including Product Support Specialists, Services, and Solutions Engineers — to ramp quickly, stay current, and drive customer impact as the product evolves.
  • • Day to day, the role involves designing role-based onboarding programs, leading live training sessions and hands-on workshops, translating product updates into practical content, developing certifications and knowledge checks, collaborating with leadership across Support, Services, and Solutions Engineering to identify needs, capturing and scaling best practices from top performers, and measuring program effectiveness through metrics like ramp time, assessment scores, and team feedback.
  • • The role sits within Clay’s Global Enablement team and works closely with CX, Product, and GTM leadership to ensure technical teams are equipped to support innovative clients like OpenAI, Notion, and Canva in driving growth through Clay’s platform.
  • • In this role, the individual will have the opportunity to build enablement programs from the ground up, shape how technical teams learn and adopt new features, develop scalable training frameworks, and directly influence retention, adoption, and expansion outcomes while growing alongside a high-impact, fast-moving SaaS company.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3–5 years of experience in Technical Enablement, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or a similar role in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with comfort running workshops, certifications, and executive-level conversations
  • • Technical fluency in understanding data workflows, APIs, integrations, and automation concepts
  • • Experience building and scaling enablement programs including onboarding, ever-boarding, certifications, and playbooks that improved adoption, retention, or expansion
  • • Familiarity with the modern GTM tech stack (e.g., Clay, Apollo, Salesforce) and ability to quickly learn new platforms
  • • Experience building content and managing enablement systems such as Notion, Gong, or an LMS to centralize resources and measure adoption
