• • As a Technical Escalations Engineer, you will be a critical problem-solver, diving deep into complex field issues and driving solutions that ensure the seamless operation of our groundbreaking technology.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously replicate intricate customer-reported performance issues within dedicated lab environments. This involves a deep-dive root cause analysis (RCA) of failures encountered in our wireless optical communication products, demanding a thorough understanding of both hardware and networking intricacies.
• • You will act as the crucial bridge between our customer support, network operations, product, and engineering teams, fostering strong alignment and a shared understanding of technical challenges and their resolutions.
• • A significant aspect of your role will involve owning our user acceptance testing (UAT) workstreams. This means rigorously validating hardware and software enhancements to guarantee their flawless performance across the diverse and complex network environments where our customers deploy Taara's solutions.
• • You will be instrumental in translating your technical findings into actionable intelligence. This involves drafting comprehensive troubleshooting guides, detailed Method of Procedures (MOPs), and creating essential internal resources designed to empower and elevate the capabilities of our frontline support teams.
• • Serving as the Tier 3 escalation point, you will tackle the most complex technical challenges that go beyond simple fixes, requiring advanced diagnostic skills and innovative problem-solving.
• • Your involvement in Quality Assurance (QA) will extend to performing rigorous testing in a variety of customer environments and across different network configurations. This proactive approach ensures the utmost stability and reliability of our products before full-scale rollouts.
• • You will collaborate directly with Product Management, Network Operations, and Engineering teams. Your insights derived from field data and recurring issues will be vital in influencing product improvements and shaping development priorities.
