  • • Jump Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical GTM Engineer to play a pivotal role in building and scaling the internal systems that form the backbone of our go-to-market (GTM) engine. In this critical position, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing the architecture, automations, and technical workflows that empower our Sales, Customer Success (CS), Enablement, and Product teams to operate with maximum efficiency and speed. Your work will directly contribute to transforming our GTM motion into a highly repeatable, data-driven, and AI-powered machine, setting the stage for Jump's continued rapid expansion.

Our cutting-edge AI platform is designed to automate complex workflows, significantly enhance client communication, and seamlessly integrate across the diverse and intricate tool stacks utilized by Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), Broker-Dealers (BDs), and other financial services teams.   • • As we experience rapid growth across the wealthtech, insurance, and broader financial services sectors, our GTM organization requires a technically adept operator. This individual will be responsible for constructing the essential systems, robust data flows, and sophisticated automations that underpin this expansion. You will be the architect of the internal infrastructure that enables our sales and customer-facing teams to perform at their peak, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer journey from initial contact through to long-term retention.

  • • Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of technical GTM functions. You will be tasked with building and meticulously maintaining internal tooling designed to enhance the velocity and effectiveness of our Marketing and Sales operations. A key aspect of your role will be owning the entire GTM systems stack, ensuring its unwavering reliability, comprehensive observability, and the integrity of all data flows. This includes integrating product events into our CRM systems, such as HubSpot and/or Salesforce, to power sophisticated segmentation, lead scoring, and automated workflows. You will also manage the critical ongoing data synchronization between our data warehouse, BigQuery, and our CRM systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
  • • Furthermore, you will implement sophisticated lifecycle automation strategies to support dynamic lead and customer journeys, driving key metrics like conversion and retention. Building event- and webhook-driven automations across various GTM workflows – including lead routing, data enrichment, and attribution – will be a core part of your contribution. You will collaborate closely with our Engineering and Product teams to define, implement, and maintain high-quality product event instrumentation, ensuring that our systems capture the data needed for insightful analysis and action. Developing the foundational reporting structures that connect product usage, customer lifecycle stages, and revenue outcomes will be essential for measuring GTM effectiveness. Ultimately, you will be a continuous improver of our GTM infrastructure, actively seeking ways to reduce manual effort, eliminate operational friction, and enhance the overall efficiency of our go-to-market operations.
  • • This role requires a structured, detail-oriented operator who possesses the ability to build, thoroughly document, and diligently maintain technical workflows that are designed to scale with the company's growth. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills are paramount, as you will be working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to achieve shared objectives. Your technical expertise will be applied to a modern tech stack including Elixir for backend, React for frontend, HubSpot and Salesforce for CRM integrations, BigQuery for data warehousing, Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tracking, and various marketing automation, lifecycle systems, attribution, routing, and enrichment tooling.
