- • Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for CreatorIQ customers, from kickoff through go-live and handoff, ensuring a best-in-class experience that drives high user adoption.
- • Align with customers to define requirements, assess technical feasibility, and establish realistic implementation timelines for platform deployment.
- • Configure the CreatorIQ platform based on customer use cases, package scope, and business objectives to enable scalable and effective adoption.
- • Support technical setup activities including data imports, API integrations, system configurations, and workflow automation to ensure seamless platform functionality.
- • Work directly with APIs and data mapping to translate customer data structures into platform-compatible formats, ensuring accurate and reliable data flows.
- • Deliver tailored training sessions to non-technical customers, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance aligned with their workflows and goals.
- • Serve as the primary platform expert during onboarding, providing ongoing support to resolve technical issues and guide customers through configuration challenges.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and implementation outcomes.
- • Gather and channel customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams to improve platform capabilities, implementation workflows, and overall user experience.
- • Apply and refine implementation best practices to standardize processes, increase efficiency, and reduce time-to-value for new clients.
- • Contribute to the development of automation tools and scalable implementation frameworks that enhance consistency and reduce manual effort across onboarding cycles.
- • Troubleshoot and resolve technical roadblocks during the implementation phase, providing timely solutions to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of CreatorIQ’s platform features and integrations to confidently advise customers on optimal configuration and usage strategies.
- • Travel up to 25% annually to support client onboarding activities, including in-person workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- • Demonstrate a startup mentality by adapting quickly to changing priorities, embracing ambiguity, and taking ownership of outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical onboarding, or solutions engineering
- • Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience in APIs, data mapping, workflows, and SaaS platform configuration
- • Solid project management skills to manage multiple concurrent implementations
- • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- • Process-oriented mindset with a collaborative, adaptable approach and willingness to travel up to 25% annually
