  • • Lead end-to-end customer onboarding for Federal clients into Knox’s FedRAMP-authorized cloud environment, from kickoff through production go-live and transition to steady-state operations.
  • • Ensure customer environments fully comply with FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, and other federal security and operational requirements throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • • Serve as the primary coordinator between customer technical teams and Knox’s SRE, Security Operations, Compliance, and Engineering teams to align on controls, runbooks, access models, monitoring, and incident response.
  • • Drive structured onboarding meeting cadences with compliance-aware agendas to ensure decision-making, accountability, and progress tracking across all workstreams.
  • • Manage detailed project plans covering security controls, system integrations, logging, monitoring, alerting, and incident response readiness for each customer deployment.
  • • Proactively identify risks related to FedRAMP controls, operational gaps, or service readiness, and escalate issues with clear mitigation plans to ensure compliance and continuity.
  • • Act as a trusted technical and operational advisor to Federal customers, clarifying Knox’s shared responsibility model, production expectations, and operational workflows.
  • • Coordinate external stakeholder engagements for technical deep dives, runbook reviews, security workflow validations, and go-live readiness assessments.
  • • Ensure all onboarding artifacts—including documentation, meeting notes, action logs, and handoff materials—are complete, auditable, and aligned with federal audit requirements.
  • • Integrate customer environments into Knox’s 24x7 SRE, NOC, and SOC workflows for monitoring, alerting, escalation, and incident response.
  • • Validate that customers understand and adhere to operational SLAs, incident management processes, and change management protocols before and after go-live.
  • • Facilitate seamless transitions from implementation to steady-state operations, preserving context, accountability, and operational continuity between teams.
  • • Function as the connective tissue between implementation, operations, and customer success teams to ensure consistent customer experience and compliance adherence.
  • • Translate complex compliance, security, and operational requirements into clear, actionable project plans and deliverables for both internal teams and external customers.
  • • Maintain rigorous documentation standards to support federal audits and ensure traceability of all implementation decisions and control validations.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience managing complex technical implementations in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
  • • Direct experience supporting or onboarding customers into FedRAMP-authorized, government, or highly regulated cloud environments.
  • • Strong background working with or alongside SRE, NOC, or SOC teams, including familiarity with incident management, monitoring, and operational readiness.
  • • Proven ability to manage multi-threaded programs with customer-facing responsibilities and high operational stakes.
  • • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and production SaaS environments.
  • • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage executives, engineers, security teams, and compliance stakeholders.
