  • • As a Technical Implementation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless and accurate data integrations between school districts and ClassDojo, facilitating effortless setup for teachers and school leaders.
  • • This role requires a unique blend of technical proficiency in SIS integrations and data management, coupled with exceptional organizational skills, a commitment to meeting deadlines, and outstanding communication abilities.
  • • You will be instrumental in problem-solving complex data and platform challenges, while also fostering strong relationships with District IT teams to streamline the onboarding process, particularly during peak periods leading up to the new school year.
  • • You will manage multiple, concurrent implementation timelines, ensuring timely and successful rollouts for our largest district partners.
  • • This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team of technical implementation specialists, working closely with District Onboarding Managers, District Partnerships Managers, and the customer support team.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to guide district IT teams through the entire implementation process, from initial setup to the successful rostering of users, ensuring a smooth transition for teachers and school leaders.
  • • You will meticulously review incoming data from districts, verifying its accuracy and adherence to ClassDojo's formatting and end-customer requirements.
  • • A key aspect of the role involves proactively investigating and resolving any data discrepancies or issues identified in collaboration with district IT stakeholders.
  • • You will maintain open and effective communication channels with your account team, district IT personnel, and the customer support team, providing regular project status updates, identifying potential risks, and proposing effective solutions.
  • • Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for all implementation projects is crucial, ensuring internal team members have clear visibility into project status and timelines.
  • • You will be responsible for executing robust quality assurance processes to guarantee the integrity and accuracy of all data integrations.
  • • This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • • You will contribute to the overall success of district onboarding initiatives, directly impacting the user experience for millions of students, teachers, and families.
  • • The contract duration is from May 4th to September 30th, with flexibility for candidates to select their preferred start date within this window.
  • • This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position, with an expected schedule of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, in your local time zone.
  • • You will be working remotely, and must be located within the United States.
