- • As a Technical Instructor at Workato, you will play a pivotal role in empowering customers, partners, and internal teams to master the Workato platform through engaging, hands-on training experiences. Your work directly contributes to customer success, platform adoption, and the realization of AI-driven automation at scale.
- • Day to day, you will design and deliver instructor-led training sessions—both virtual and in-person—covering platform setup, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting. You will develop training materials including presentations, labs, and documentation, provide live demonstrations and guided exercises, assist with certification assessments, troubleshoot technical issues during training, and continuously improve content based on participant feedback and product updates.
- • You will join Workato’s Education and Training team, a cross-functional group dedicated to enabling users through structured learning programs. - • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in iPaaS and integration technologies, refine your instructional design and facilitation skills, gain experience in certification development, and grow as a technical educator in a high-growth SaaS environment. You’ll have the opportunity to influence how enterprises learn to automate and operationalize AI at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience in technical instruction/training delivery or solutions engineering/consulting/professional services at a SaaS/iPaaS company
- • Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or similar
- • Solid understanding of integration concepts, APIs, web services, and data transformation
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- • Demonstrated experience delivering technical training or enablement programs, ideally in SaaS or cloud integration
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
