📋 Description

• As a Technical Instructor at Workato, you will help customers, partners, and community members build real skills on the Workato platform — from foundational concepts to advanced automations — enabling them to unlock the full potential of enterprise integration and AI-powered workflows.
• Day to day, you will design hands-on training content, deliver instructor-led sessions and bootcamps, produce training videos, apply instructional design principles, collaborate with product and engineering teams, gather learner feedback, and build practical exercises that reinforce real-world application of Workato recipes and automations.
• You will join Workato’s Education team within a fast-growing, innovative enterprise software company trusted by 50% of the Fortune 500, recognized as a leader in Enterprise MCP and iPaaS, and celebrated for its flexible, trust-oriented culture that values innovation, ownership, and work-life balance.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise SaaS platforms, refine your instructional design and technical training skills, scale your impact through video and on-demand content, and grow as a trusted educator shaping how global audiences learn to automate with confidence.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical training, instructional design, technical enablement, or a related field, preferably in enterprise software, SaaS, or platform companies
• Workato certification (or ability to earn it shortly after joining); hands-on development experience building Workato recipes and automations is a strong plus
• Demonstrated experience creating technical training content such as curricula, lab guides, tutorials, and how-to materials
• Proven ability to deliver engaging instructor-led training in person to both technical and business audiences
• Experience producing training videos and on-demand learning content, with comfort using video creation and editing tools
• Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 30% of the time
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Instructional design mindset — structuring content around clear learning objectives and how people actually learn
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make complex technical concepts simple and approachable
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple content and delivery projects simultaneously
