Technical Integration Specialist (Remote - EMEA)

📋 Description

• • As a Technical Integration Specialist at Constructor Technologies, you will play a critical role in enhancing the ecommerce experience for hundreds of millions of users by supporting customers in integrating their websites and mobile applications with Constructor’s AI-powered search and discovery platform.
• • Day to day, you will provide onboarding support, educate customers on API and library integration, troubleshoot technical issues, configure product catalog indexes, act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams, and document solutions to improve onboarding processes and integration documentation.
• • You will join a remote-first, globally distributed team at Constructor, an AI-first ecommerce platform founded in 2019 that empowers leading global brands to improve search relevance, conversion, and revenue through intelligent product discovery.
• • In this role, you will develop deep technical expertise in ecommerce integration, strengthen your customer-facing communication skills, gain experience with APIs and structured data, and contribute to process improvements that scale customer success across EMEA and beyond.
