• • As a Technical Lead at Clario, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and excellence in software development that directly supports the transformation of clinical trials and improvement of patient outcomes. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of scalable, high-quality technology solutions that align with Clario’s mission to advance healthcare through cutting-edge digital tools.
• • You will lead end-to-end software development initiatives, from initial design and architecture through deployment and ongoing maintenance, ensuring technical excellence, adherence to best practices, and alignment with business objectives across Clario’s technology landscape.
• • Day to day, you will act as a hands-on technical mentor within Scrum teams, guiding architectural discussions, resolving complex technical conflicts, and enforcing coding standards through rigorous code reviews and promotion of development best practices.
• • You will champion Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban, to enhance team efficiency, predictability, and delivery excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• • You will solve challenging technical problems through active development, debugging, and system design, leveraging your deep expertise in technologies such as .NET, C#, Python, Java, or Angular to build robust and scalable solutions.
• • You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical plans, ensuring that development efforts are tightly aligned with product goals and customer value.
• • You will drive innovation by evaluating and introducing new tools, technologies, and process enhancements that improve development velocity, code quality, and team productivity.
• • You will proactively identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring system reliability, security, and performance under evolving demands.
