- • As a Technical Lead, Cloud at Mission Cloud Services, you will serve as the senior technical authority driving technical excellence across complex customer engagements, providing high-level guidance, mentorship, and hands-on expertise to ensure scalable, secure, and resilient AWS-based solutions while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within your Pod.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the escalation point for complex technical challenges, providing architectural direction to Solutions Architects and Engineers, establishing and enforcing technical standards and quality gates, conducting technical design reviews, leading proof-of-concept initiatives for emerging technologies, mentoring team members through knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops, serving as a senior technical consultant on strategic customer accounts, leading technical discussions with client stakeholders, validating solution approaches and estimates, coordinating resource allocation with Delivery and Project Managers, identifying and mitigating technical risks across concurrent projects, researching emerging technologies, contributing to reusable frameworks and accelerators, and championing adoption of new methodologies that enhance delivery capabilities.

🎯 Requirements
- • Extensive experience providing technical leadership and mentorship to technical teams, with a proven track record of leading complex technical implementations and architecture decisions in customer-facing consulting roles involving senior stakeholder engagement.
- • Expert-level experience in core AWS Architecture, including mastery of scalability, resiliency, and security design, deep knowledge of the AWS Well-Architected Framework, Infrastructure as Code, automation, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker, ECS/EKS), CI/CD pipelines, and advanced service integration patterns, along with strong background in legacy system migration and modernization.
- • AWS Solutions Architect Professional Certification (required within 6 months of employment), with additional AWS Specialty Certifications preferred, complemented by deep proficiency in AWS core services, scripting languages, security and compliance frameworks, and DevOps best practices, plus excellent technical communication and analytical problem-solving abilities.
