- • As a Technical Lead - Developer Experience (DevEx) at Arbor Education, you will drive the company's AI-first engineering shift by owning the internal developer journey, tooling, and documentation to maximize engineering productivity and satisfaction.
- • Day to day, you will define and guide the architecture of internal developer tools, integrate AI-powered agents and coding assistants, establish agentic-first engineering standards, measure developer productivity metrics, drive automation for onboarding and workflows, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to align technical direction with strategy.
- • Arbor Education is a mission-driven company transforming school management through MIS and school tools used in over 12,000 schools and trusts, aiming to create happier working lives for education staff by reducing burnout and turning data into actionable insights.
- • In this role, you will learn to lead AI integration in software development, shape organizational DevEx standards, mentor engineering teams, and gain influence over the technical direction of a growing edtech platform focused on developer experience and agentic AI.
