- • As a Technical Lead - Developer Experience (DevEx) at Arbor Education, you will drive the company's AI-first engineering shift by owning the internal developer journey, tooling, and documentation to maximize engineering productivity and satisfaction.
- • Day to day, you will define and guide the architecture of internal developer tools, integrate AI-powered agents and coding assistants, establish agentic-first engineering standards, measure developer productivity metrics, drive automation for onboarding and workflows, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to align technical direction with strategy.
