- • As a Technical Onboarding Manager at Redox, you will play a critical role in ensuring new customers successfully adopt and integrate with the Redox Engine platform, directly contributing to the company’s mission of accelerating healthcare’s transformation through seamless data interoperability.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading the technical onboarding process for new enterprise customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams (including Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success) to design and execute tailored integration plans, managing timelines and milestones, providing technical guidance on HL7, FHIR, and API-based data flows, troubleshooting integration issues, and ensuring smooth handoff to long-term support teams.
- • You will be part of a fast-growing, mission-driven team at Redox, a company that powers real-time healthcare data exchange across over 12,000 systems and 100+ EHRs, processing more than 1.2 billion messages monthly for health tech vendors, providers, payers, and life sciences organizations.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in healthcare interoperability standards, strengthen your project management and stakeholder communication skills, gain exposure to complex enterprise sales cycles, and become a trusted advisor to customers navigating digital transformation in healthcare—positioning yourself for growth into senior technical or leadership roles within the company.
