- • The Technical Operations Generalist role at Clipboard Health Inc. is a hands-on individual contributor position focused on strengthening the foundation of the company’s operational tooling ecosystem. This role matters because it directly enables the scaling of operations by improving internal systems, automations, and workflows that support millions of shifts filled annually across the U.S. marketplace.
- • Day to day, the person will execute high-priority tooling and automation initiatives, build and iterate on workflows and integrations across support platforms and AI-driven systems, troubleshoot issues to improve system reliability, translate operational problems into practical technical solutions, and proactively identify and address inefficiencies in the current tooling stack.
- • Clipboard Health is a fast-growing, profitable Series C company and YC Top Company with a global remote team of over 1,000 people. The company operates a marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with on-demand shifts, having filled millions of shifts since becoming profitable in 2022, and is expanding into new verticals like Dental and Home Health.
- • In this role, the person can learn to deeply understand and improve complex operational systems at scale, gain experience with AI-driven automation and integration tooling, develop end-to-end ownership of technical solutions in a fast-paced environment, and grow their impact by enabling greater efficiency across a high-growth, mission-driven organization.

- • Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and automation tooling, including the ability to build, debug, and adapt across systems with minimal oversight
- • Execution discipline to take defined problems through to completion while managing multiple priorities and maintaining high quality and reliability
- • Systems thinking to understand how tools, workflows, and dependencies connect and to improve how systems operate together
- • Problem-solving ability to translate loosely defined or scoped problems into practical, well-structured technical solutions
