- • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Anvil product, providing technical guidance on operational employment, system capabilities, and deployment best practices to internal teams and customers.
- • Plan and execute field events and demonstrations for Anvil systems, coordinating resource allocation and stakeholder communication to minimize risk and ensure mission success.
- • Conduct flight operations, field maintenance, customer training, and on-site technical support for Anvil unmanned aerial systems in austere and hazardous environments.
- • Troubleshoot and resolve complex, unstructured issues involving hardware, software, and networking components of Anvil systems under field conditions.
- • Perform root-cause analyses (RCAs) for incidents involving Anvil air systems in operational settings and implement preventive measures based on post-incident reviews.
- • Develop and implement comprehensive operational and logistical plans for system updates, feature deployments, and sustainment activities across the Anvil portfolio.
- • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for all operational procedures, maintenance logs, incident reports, and system configurations.
- • Act as the primary point of contact for all Anvil-related field activities, serving as the critical link between product engineering teams and deployed operational units.
- • Travel up to 80% of the time, including to remote, hazardous, and military operational zones to support live deployments and customer engagements.
- • Collaborate directly with product engineering teams to translate field feedback into system improvements, ensuring Anvil evolves to meet real-world operational needs.
- • Support military aviation and defense customer projects by integrating Anvil systems into operational workflows and ensuring compliance with mission-specific requirements.
- • Advise customer and internal teams on safe and effective use of Anvil systems, including handling procedures for energetic materials and weaponized payloads.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience solving complex problems in unstructured environments at the intersection of hardware, software, and networking
- • Strong mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and repair critical product components and infrastructure
- • Demonstrated understanding of flight operations, aircraft systems, and sensors
- • Willingness to work with energetic material (warheads)
- • Willingness to travel up to 80%, including to hazard zones
- • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret/Secret security clearance
