- • The Technical Partner Support & QA Specialist role is critical to ensuring seamless support for Nuweb Group’s USA and LATAM partners during their business hours, acting as a key operational bridge between partners and internal teams to maintain high service standards and product quality.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing first-line partner support via ticketing systems, email, and calls; troubleshooting and reproducing bugs; documenting issues for escalation; assisting with partner onboarding through system walkthroughs and training; and contributing to product quality by executing manual test cases and validating bug fixes.
- • Nuweb Group is a global event technology partner powering ticketing infrastructure for major brands like Formula 1, Metallica, and Disney on Ice, with a mission to be the Ticketing Engine of the World through innovative, borderless solutions.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS support, technical troubleshooting, and QA processes while gaining exposure to cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Partner Success teams, enhancing your ability to drive customer adoption and product improvement in a fast-growing tech environment.
