- • As a Technical Product Manager at Veracyte, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s mission to transform cancer care by leading the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of technical workflows that optimize laboratory operations, order-to-cash processes, and analytics capabilities. Your work will directly impact the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of diagnostic solutions that empower clinicians to make life-changing decisions for patients worldwide.
- • You will own and manage the product backlog, prioritize features based on business value and technical feasibility, and define and communicate clear product roadmaps for both new product development and sustaining activities. Acting as the primary product decision-maker, you will balance scope, value, risk, and technical constraints to ensure alignment with Veracyte’s strategic goals in digital transformation.
- • Day to day, you will lead scoping discussions and effort estimation exercises with engineering and cross-functional teams, eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements by translating user and business needs into precise user stories and acceptance criteria that are traceable and aligned with overall product strategy.
- • You will partner closely with clinical, scientific, and business stakeholders to deeply understand laboratory workflows, user needs, and success criteria, while collaborating with engineering, SQA, and operations teams to support design, development, and testing activities, resolving ambiguities and coordinating dependencies to keep delivery on track.
- • You will support release planning, execution, and readiness, including defect triage and scope trade-off decisions, monitor product outcomes and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement, and maintain clear product documentation to ensure shared understanding across teams.
- • You will join a purpose-driven team at Veracyte, a global diagnostics company committed to innovation in cancer care through its Veracyte Diagnostics Platform, which integrates genomic and clinical data, bioinformatics, AI, and evidence-generation to deliver high-value insights to clinicians.
