- • Define end-to-end AI system requirements that translate model capabilities into reliable user-facing behavior for a proactive AI smart assistant.
- • Translate ML evaluation results, data constraints, and model limitations into clear product decisions affecting quality, latency, cost, reliability, and UX.
- • Collaborate directly with ML, backend, and mobile engineers on system design, evaluation frameworks, and iterative improvements.
- • Design and evolve evaluation methodologies spanning offline metrics, online A/B experiments, and human feedback loops to measure AI system performance.
- • Own product quality end-to-end, ensuring correctness, predictability, and user trust in AI-driven workflows that handle multi-step reasoning and external tool interactions.
- • Drive execution with disciplined prioritization, clear specifications, and strong judgment in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- • Balance ambition with technical and operational reality to ship AI features that are safe, reliable, and deliver real-world task completion.
- • Shape product strategy to align AI capabilities with user needs and company priorities, ensuring features are understandable, predictable, and trusted.
- • Lead cross-functional alignment between engineering, ML, and product teams to execute on AI product goals with minimal friction.
- • Iterate rapidly based on real user feedback, maintaining fast development cycles while upholding high standards for system reliability.
- • Work in a high-talent-density environment where decisions are made collectively, speed is prioritized, and independence in execution is expected.
- • Contribute to building a globally scalable AI assistant that handles persistent context, non-deterministic model behavior, and real-time task orchestration.
- • Ensure systems are designed for long-running workflows with high reliability despite model hallucinations, bias, and drift.
- • Maintain strong intuition for AI UX patterns, failure modes, and user expectations when interacting with autonomous AI systems.
- • Participate in an interview process evaluated by technical team members, with 3–4 virtual or onsite interviews focused on technical depth and product judgment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong grounding in computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and system design.
- • Solid understanding of ML fundamentals and how modern AI systems behave in production.
- • Significant experience owning complex, technical products end-to-end.
- • Hands-on exposure to AI-powered products, including LLM-based systems.
- • Proven ability to work closely with senior engineers and ML teams.
- • Strong judgment and decision-making ability in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
