📋 Description

• Lead Oowlish’s Shopify practice by serving as the primary strategic advisor to e-commerce clients in the United States and Europe, translating their business goals into actionable, data-driven roadmaps.
• Act as the main point of contact for Shopify clients, conducting deep-dive analyses of their e-commerce performance across key metrics including Conversion Rate, Average Order Value (AOV), UX/UI, Site Speed, SEO, and promotional effectiveness.
• Diagnose operational and technical bottlenecks in clients’ Shopify stores and recommend strategic improvements that drive measurable business outcomes, without writing code or implementing features directly.
• Collaborate closely with development and design teams to set priorities, define project scope, and ensure delivery aligns with client objectives and technical feasibility.
• Own the end-to-end client engagement lifecycle, from onboarding and discovery to ongoing optimization and long-term partnership expansion.
• Identify and pursue upsell and expansion opportunities within existing client accounts by uncovering unmet needs and proposing scalable Shopify solutions.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities by participating in client discovery calls, crafting proposals, and positioning Oowlish as a strategic Shopify growth partner.
• Develop and refine internal methodologies for evaluating Shopify store health, benchmarking performance, and quantifying ROI for clients.
• Stay current with Shopify platform updates, emerging e-commerce trends, and best practices in digital commerce to ensure client advice remains cutting-edge and actionable.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by communicating clearly, managing expectations, and delivering consistent value through strategic guidance.
• Support the growth of Oowlish’s Shopify practice by contributing to internal knowledge sharing, process documentation, and team mentorship.
• Work remotely with a globally distributed team, coordinating across time zones to serve clients in the U.S. and Europe with high responsiveness and professionalism.
• Maintain fluency in English for all client communications, internal collaboration, proposal writing, and stakeholder presentations.
• Balance strategic thinking with operational execution, ensuring that client initiatives are both visionary and practically achievable within technical and resource constraints.
• Drive client retention and satisfaction by consistently demonstrating expertise, reliability, and a deep understanding of their business objectives.
• Represent Oowlish as a trusted advisor in the Shopify ecosystem, reinforcing the company’s reputation as a leader in e-commerce strategy and implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, E-Commerce Consultant, or Technical Product Lead with deep Shopify expertise
• Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements, define strategic roadmaps, and drive measurable improvements in e-commerce KPIs
• Fluency in English for professional communication with international clients and teams
• Experience working with cross-functional teams of developers and designers to deliver digital products
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret e-commerce data and translate insights into action
• Track record of identifying upsell opportunities and contributing to sales conversations in a services or consulting environment
