📋 Description

• Lead Oowlish’s Shopify practice by serving as the primary strategic point of contact for clients in the United States and Europe, translating their business goals into actionable e-commerce roadmaps.
• Diagnose opportunities for measurable improvements in key e-commerce metrics including Conversion Rate, Average Order Value (AOV), UX/UI, Site Speed, SEO, and promotional effectiveness.
• Own end-to-end client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to guide clients toward long-term growth beyond basic storefront execution.
• Collaborate closely with development and design teams to set priorities, define project scope, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions without writing code or implementing features.
• Drive commercial growth by identifying upsell and expansion opportunities within existing client accounts and contributing to new proposals and pre-sales discussions.
• Position Shopify as a strategic, long-term growth partner by aligning technical execution with client business objectives and market trends.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, prioritized product roadmaps that align with client KPIs and Oowlish’s delivery capabilities.
• Maintain deep expertise in Shopify’s ecosystem, including apps, themes, APIs, and best practices for scaling enterprise-grade e-commerce stores.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment between clients, developers, designers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Participate in client onboarding, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning sessions to reinforce trust and drive retention.
• Contribute to the scaling of Oowlish’s Shopify practice by documenting processes, mentoring junior team members, and refining service offerings.
• Work remotely with clients across the United States and Europe, requiring strong communication skills and fluency in English for all client interactions.
• Operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment where strategic thinking, adaptability, and results-driven execution are critical to success.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager in e-commerce, specifically with Shopify
• Fluency in English for client communication, proposals, and remote collaboration with U.S. and European clients
• Deep understanding of e-commerce KPIs including Conversion Rate, AOV, SEO, Site Speed, and UX/UI optimization
• Experience leading technical teams without direct code ownership, translating business needs into product roadmaps
• Demonstrated success in identifying upsell opportunities and contributing to pre-sales activities
• Strong ability to manage client relationships and act as a strategic advisor in a remote, international setting
