- • As a Technical Product Owner / Delivery Manager at Sand Cherry Associates, you will serve as the critical bridge between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring that complex, data-empowered solutions are delivered on time, with high quality, and aligned to client priorities in the cable, telecommunications, and enterprise technology sectors. Your leadership will directly impact the success of strategic initiatives that drive digital transformation for clients who rely on Sand Cherry’s expertise to deliver innovative, customer-centric outcomes.
- • You will own and manage the technical product backlog, continuously refining and prioritizing work items to reflect evolving business needs, delivery timelines, and technical dependencies, ensuring that the team is always focused on the highest-value work that aligns with stakeholder expectations and project goals.
- • You will lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization sessions for technical delivery teams, facilitating collaborative discussions that clarify scope, estimate effort, and establish clear sprint goals while maintaining adherence to Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models.
- • You will provide ongoing oversight of sprint execution, monitoring progress against commitments, identifying blockers early, and ensuring that quality standards are met through proactive issue tracking, defect management, and timely resolution of testing feedback loops.
- • You will collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to translate high-level requirements into actionable user stories and technical specifications, fostering alignment and shared understanding across cross-functional teams to minimize rework and maximize delivery efficiency.
- • You will develop and maintain Software Design Documents (SDDs) and System Requirements Documents (SRDs), ensuring that technical designs are well-documented, traceable to business needs, and serve as a single source of truth for development, testing, and future maintenance activities.
- • You will act as a key liaison between technical teams and executive stakeholders, delivering clear, concise, and data-driven status updates, risk assessments, and progress reports that build trust and enable informed decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- • You will continuously improve delivery processes by identifying inefficiencies, implementing best practices, and driving operational excellence through retrospectives, process audits, and the adoption of tools and techniques that enhance team productivity and predictability.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner, Delivery Manager, or similar role in technical delivery environments
- • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches) with hands-on experience managing backlogs, sprints, and cross-functional teams
- • Experience working with Software Design Documents (SDDs) and System Requirements Documents (SRDs) in enterprise-level technical projects
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels, including executive audiences
- • Background in Cable, Telecommunications, or related industries preferred; experience in complex, enterprise-level technical environments highly valued
- • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and a strategic, hands-on delivery-focused mindset
