Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• • Drive execution for AI-driven SaaS products by establishing a predictable, reliable, and standardized R&D operating system at Abnormal Security.
• • Partner closely with Platform Infrastructure teams to architect, define, and execute systems that ensure programs run with high visibility, efficiency, and consistency.
• • Translate complex technical requirements from Product Engineering, Platform Engineering, ML Engineering, and other stakeholders into detailed program plans with clear milestones, owners, and deadlines.
• • Manage project schedules by identifying cross-team dependencies, proactively mitigating risks, and reporting progress to stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of deliverables.
• • Participate in technical strategy development and resource planning alongside engineering and product leadership.
• • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive alignment and progress toward shared goals.
• • Design, implement, and iterate on best practices and repeatable processes for operational excellence, including incident management and leading post-mortems.
• • Leverage a technical background to support engineering teams in technical design discussions and gain credibility across technical functions.
• • Operate effectively in ambiguity and entrepreneurial environments, initiating action and driving outcomes without predefined processes during the initial engine-building phase.
• • Demonstrate ownership by self-organizing, pulling in necessary resources, setting clear expectations, and delivering successful outcomes.
• • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and pragmatically to both technical and non-technical audiences in written and verbal formats.
