Full Job Description
📋 Description
- • Own end-to-end program management for 3–5 cross-functional initiatives simultaneously across Platform, Product, Sales, Security, and Legal teams.
- • Drive the Enterprise readiness program, including feature development, certifications, and contract alignment between Platform, Product, and Sales.
- • Quarterback security programs such as audit preparation, residual risk burn-down, and response to customer security questionnaires.
- • Steer the AI enablement rollout across functions in close collaboration with the AI Tooling Engineering team.
- • Operate with a written-first, low-overhead approach: prioritize clarity over meetings and deliver structured plans with clear owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- • Hold senior individual contributors and engineering managers accountable for deliverables while maintaining technical credibility to challenge engineering trade-offs.
- • Build and maintain dashboards to track program progress and communicate status transparently across leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- • Ensure all initiatives align with enterprise-grade reliability, security, and developer experience standards that make Taktile’s platform enterprise-ready.
- • Collaborate directly with founding team members in a flat hierarchy where ideas are encouraged, especially those challenging the status quo.
- • Leverage tools such as Linear, Notion, and Slack as the primary operating stack to coordinate work and maintain alignment across distributed teams.
- • Contribute to shaping an early-stage company by owning high-stakes, ambiguous programs from conception to delivery and being measured by what actually ships.
- • Engage with global teams across Taktile’s offices in New York, Berlin, London, São Paulo, and Iași to ensure consistent execution of enterprise and security programs.
- • Support compliance initiatives including audit preparations for standards such as SOC 2 or ISO, where applicable.
- • Maintain strong written and spoken English communication to effectively coordinate with engineering, product, legal, and sales stakeholders globally.
- • Utilize self-development budget to attend conferences, purchase books, or take classes to enhance professional growth.
- • Work with equipment of your choice, including a meaningful home office setup, to support productivity and comfort.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of Technical Program Management experience at a SaaS company, having owned multi-team programs end-to-end.
- • Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
- • Ability to hold senior individual contributors and engineering managers accountable while maintaining technical credibility to challenge engineering trade-offs.
- • Experience operating with low overhead: writing clearly, driving meetings effectively, and building dashboards to track progress.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Top-of-market equity and cash compensation package.
- • Self-development budget for conferences, books, or classes.
- • Equipment of your choice, including a meaningful home office setup.
- • Opportunity to work with a globally distributed team and directly engage with founding members in a flat hierarchy.
- • Culture that encourages challenging the status quo and values diverse perspectives.
- • Access to a network of leading tech investors and advisors worldwide.
