- • As a Technical Program Manager at Autodesk, you will serve as an experienced Scrum Master driving developer productivity, cross-platform independence, and software platform consistency for the Fusion 360 family of products within the Product Design and Manufacturing Solutions (PDMS) Platform division.
- • You will act as the primary Scrum Master for two related development teams, mentor a junior Scrum Master on a third team, facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing team environment using Agile methodologies.
- • You will join Autodesk, a global leader in 3D design, engineering, and entertainment software, where your work contributes to helping customers solve design, business, and environmental challenges through innovative software solutions.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Agile/Scrum practices, strengthen your leadership and coaching abilities across multiple levels, and gain experience managing distributed teams and complex dependencies in a large-scale software development environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master on medium to large-scale software development projects with multiple dependencies
- • Experience serving as Scrum Master for two related development teams simultaneously
- • Strong hands-on experience with JIRA for quantitative/qualitative decision making and reporting
- • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with ability to lead discussions and resolve conflicts effectively
- • Ability to coach/advocate at multiple levels (team members, product owners, management, etc.)
- • Solid understanding of both the theory and application of Agile practices
