• • As a Technical Program Manager, Compliance at Coinbase, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic, cross-functional initiatives within the critical domain of crypto-focused compliance.
• • You will be instrumental in shaping and executing programs that ensure Coinbase operates with the highest standards of regulatory adherence and security in the rapidly evolving digital asset landscape.

• • Your primary responsibility will be to partner effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Compliance, Customer Experience, Enterprise Technology, and International Operations teams.
• • You will be tasked with defining clear, cross-functional business objectives, ensuring alignment among all participating teams, and meticulously executing programs from the initial design phase through to technical implementation and launch.
• • Accountability for roadmap delivery is paramount, encompassing the successful adoption of new systems and processes, and achieving success criteria that are collaboratively defined with your stakeholders.
• • Your day-to-day will involve comprehensive program planning, including scoping, resource allocation, coordination of activities, clear and concise status communication, proactive risk management, and diligent tracking of progress across multiple product workstreams.
• • You will be responsible for creating and maintaining essential cross-functional program deliverables, such as detailed program plans, quarterly objectives and key initiatives, Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), Technical Design Documents (TDDs), product launch approvals, and incident status reporting.
• • A key aspect of this role is supporting the Compliance incident management process, ensuring that all compliance-related issues are meticulously documented, tracked, and resolved in strict accordance with established compliance policies and procedures.
• • You will continuously monitor program status, identify potential issues and risks, communicate these succinctly to relevant parties, and collaborate proactively to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• • Working closely with product and engineering teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle will be crucial for resolving blockers, addressing technical and functional questions, and expertly balancing the delivery of robust functionality with an optimal user experience.
