- • Lead end-to-end execution of Pano AI’s hardware camera deployment programs from initial planning through installation and full operational launch.
- • Perform on-site installations of ultra-high-definition 360-degree camera systems and supporting equipment at customer locations, ensuring proper configuration and operational readiness.
- • Conduct scheduled and reactive on-site maintenance visits to inspect, service, and repair hardware and software issues, collaborating with engineering teams to identify root causes and drive resolutions.
- • Develop and manage detailed program and field schedules, including installation timelines, maintenance windows, and technician dispatch logistics, while identifying risks and escalating mitigation strategies.
- • Partner cross-functionally with Site Development, Field Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align on deployment priorities and ensure seamless execution.
- • Engage directly with customers to communicate deployment progress, align on technical requirements, and support satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.
- • Assist in defining station coverage plans based on customer needs, geographic constraints, and operational considerations.
- • Provide rotating on-call support to respond to critical field issues and system outages, with the ability to mobilize immediately for on-site intervention.
- • Identify and implement workflow improvements using existing operational tools and systems to increase efficiency and reduce deployment delays.
- • Roll up your sleeves to support hands-on field execution, unblocking critical path issues and ensuring timely delivery of camera systems.
- • Travel 40–60% of the time to perform field work, including installations, maintenance, and emergency response across customer sites in Australia and potentially other regions.
- • Maintain accurate documentation of deployment activities, maintenance logs, and operational procedures to support compliance and continuous improvement.
- • Work within a hybrid-remote structure, coordinating between headquarters in San Francisco and field operations across multiple Australian states.
- • Contribute to the company’s mission of accelerating wildfire detection by ensuring rapid, reliable deployment of AI-powered camera networks that provide real-time threat intelligence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Field Operations, or a related role in a cross-functional environment
- • Experience supporting hardware/software integrated programs through deployment and operations
- • Technical aptitude to partner with engineering teams and perform hands-on troubleshooting in the field
- • Comfort working cross-functionally with operations, sales, and customer-facing teams
- • Clear communication skills with the ability to provide updates to stakeholders and customers
- • Willingness to travel 40–60% and engage in hands-on field work, including maintenance and on-call support rotations
