- • As a Technical Program Manager II at Quanata Inc., you will drive delivery optimization and goal achievement across the company by managing high-impact initiatives that align with the organization’s highest business priorities. You will play a critical role in ensuring execution excellence through structured processes, cross-functional alignment, and continuous improvement.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include bringing order to chaos by building and sustaining right-sized processes, supporting leaders in setting effective OKRs, ensuring vertical and horizontal transparency across programs, driving execution against goals, facilitating governance, leading organizational change through process improvements, managing volatile and ambiguous challenges with clear planning and risk oversight, providing program management direction aligned with senior leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and demonstrating resilience and technical understanding in planning and executing against engineering and product goals.
- • You will join Quanata’s Program Management Office (PMO) Team, a world-class group of tech-minded professionals from leading Silicon Valley companies, working alongside data scientists, actuaries, engineers, designers, and marketers to create context-based insurance solutions backed by State Farm’s long-term support and innovative vision.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced expertise in program execution, governance, stakeholder management, and organizational change, while gaining influence over company-wide processes and standards. You will have the opportunity to lead complex technical programs, refine delivery frameworks, and make a quantifiable impact on Quanata’s mission to build a better world through innovative insurance technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- • 6 - 8 years project/program management or relevant experience
- • Five or more years of experience in software engineering product development
- • Advanced level skills in Execution & Governance and Planning
- • Proficient level in Communications & Stakeholder Management
- • Development/nascent level in Continuous Improvement and Managing Organizational Change
- • Expertise in developing team harmony and showing workplace resilience in diverse environments
- • Ability to assist with recruiting and interviewing various roles as needed
