Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end delivery of Rialo’s core infrastructure and developer-facing products, translating ambitious product visions into executable roadmaps that ship on time and exceed quality expectations.
- • Partner daily with engineers, product managers, and founders to scope, sequence, and de-risk complex technical initiatives spanning distributed systems, SDKs, and on-chain/off-chain integrations.
- • Author crisp PRDs, technical specs, and sprint plans that eliminate ambiguity, align stakeholders, and give engineers the context they need to move autonomously and confidently.
- • Run agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retros) that feel lightweight yet rigorous, leveraging AI tooling to auto-generate agendas, track decisions, and surface follow-ups before they become blockers.
- • Build and maintain a living project dashboard that surfaces real-time progress, risks, and KPIs to leadership and investors, ensuring transparency without micromanagement.
- • Proactively hunt for friction in the development lifecycle—CI/CD gaps, flaky tests, unclear ownership—and roll out process tweaks, automation, or documentation that cut cycle time and boost morale.
- • Serve as the voice of the user inside engineering: synthesize feedback from Discord, hackathons, and customer calls into actionable tickets that keep the roadmap grounded in real-world impact.
- • Coordinate cross-team dependencies across time zones, ensuring that smart-contract, backend, and frontend tracks converge seamlessly for each release milestone.
- • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by instituting blameless post-mortems, measurable OKRs, and knowledge-sharing rituals that compound team learning.
- • Experiment with cutting-edge AI assistants to auto-generate release notes, sprint summaries, and even boilerplate code, freeing engineers to focus on high-leverage problem solving.
- • Represent Subzero Labs externally when needed—whether running a technical workshop at a Rust meetup or demoing new SDK features to prospective partners—bringing back insights that sharpen our roadmap.
- • Scale the TPM function itself: document playbooks, mentor junior coordinators, and build templates that let the organization double in size without adding bureaucracy.
