- • Manage the full lifecycle of visualizer integrations for customers in the interior décor industry, ensuring seamless deployment and ongoing performance.
- • Collaborate closely with the Professional Services team to deliver high-quality, on-time visualizer experiences that meet customer expectations.
- • Design and implement elegant, maintainable, and scalable visualizer solutions that balance technical complexity with long-term sustainability and minimal technical debt.
- • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to internal teams including Customer Success, Sales, and Product, providing expertise and sharing best practices to enhance customer outcomes.
- • Partner with leadership to develop, refine, and document standardized processes, templates, and operational workflows to improve team efficiency and consistency.
- • Mentor members of the Technical Project Management and Professional Services teams, fostering growth and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- • Drive project execution under tight deadlines by applying exceptional organizational skills and maintaining focus on deliverables and timelines.
- • Navigate ambiguous technical and operational situations with sound judgment, making timely decisions that align with business and customer goals.
- • Clearly define project deliverables, assign roles and responsibilities, and ensure accountability across cross-functional teams.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of web technologies including single-page applications, cookies, web views in native apps, HTML, and TypeScript to effectively guide technical implementations.
- • Apply familiarity with programming or scripting to troubleshoot, communicate technical constraints, and support development teams in integration efforts.
- • Promote a collaborative team culture by encouraging open communication, mutual accountability, and collective problem-solving.
- • Actively seek opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency across project workflows.
- • Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all documentation, communication, and technical deliverables.
