📋 Description

• • As a Technical Project Manager at Vultr, you will play a critical role in ensuring internal engineering projects are executed efficiently and effectively, keeping teams aligned, on schedule, and focused on delivering high-impact results in support of Vultr’s mission to make high-performance cloud infrastructure accessible globally.
• • You will manage project statuses, facilitate sprint planning, track dependencies and risks, and translate technical progress into clear updates for leadership, while balancing planned roadmap work with interrupt-driven requests.
• • You will collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to maintain timelines, task lists, and statuses, ensuring visibility into how unplanned work impacts commitments and proactively flagging risks that threaten sprint goals.
• • You will support departmental reporting, assist in roadmapping, and help capture technical requirements and tradeoffs, particularly around capacity allocation, to reduce operational load on engineering leadership and drive project success in a high-growth, remote-first environment.
