📋 Description

• Technical Project Manager – Data Privacy & AI Governance at Lavendo Inc., a profitable, bootstrapped Enterprise SaaS company with a patented AI-powered Data Privacy Governance platform trusted by Fortune 100 organizations to manage GDPR, CCPA, and global privacy regulations at scale.
• Own the full implementation lifecycle for enterprise clients — from kickoff to go-live — acting as the primary client-facing contact and connective tissue between Fortune 100 stakeholders and internal engineering teams; lead end-to-end implementations, drive developer accountability, proactively resolve blockers, maintain project documentation, and serve as a product expert and trusted advisor during delivery.
• Join a mission-driven, stable company with proven product-market fit, established enterprise sales, and a culture where data privacy is a core value, not a marketing tagline; work alongside senior industry practitioners in a fully remote role requiring core overlap with Eastern Time hours through 4 PM ET.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical project management within a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong technical fluency with cloud-based platforms (understanding how software is built and deployed)
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple enterprise implementations simultaneously
• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English — comfortable in C-suite calls and developer standups
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (product, engineering, support)
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Availability to work Eastern Time hours (core overlap through 4 PM ET)
