This role is critical to driving internal IT infrastructure improvements, system upgrades, and technology deployments that support organizational efficiency and innovation.
  • • What the person will do day to day:
  • • Manages multiple, complex, cross-functional technical projects involving network, server, software implementation, upgrades, and PC deployment, coordinating efforts between IT staff and internal stakeholders.
  • • Partners with functional teams across all project phases—initiation, planning, design, procurement, deployment, and post-deployment—to define scope, objectives, and technical requirements while ensuring stakeholder alignment.
  • • Develops and maintains comprehensive project documentation including detailed schedules, risk analyses, process documents, change control logs, and post-implementation reviews to ensure traceability and compliance.
  • • Drives the full project lifecycle from concept commit through closure, advocating for change management practices and ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are tracked and met using KPIs and performance metrics.
  • • Identifies, assesses, and mitigates project risks proactively, developing contingency plans and coordinating with vendors and internal partners to minimize disruptions.
  • • Leads regular status meetings with core teams, provides clear and concise updates to stakeholders and client executives, and uses data-driven insights to recommend process improvements that enhance delivery efficiency and quality.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from a four-year college or university and 5 to 8 years of related experience in project/program management, IT, or a technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • • Proven ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional technical projects concurrently, including network, server, software implementation, and PC deployment initiatives.
  • • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and documentation) with demonstrated success in collaborating with stakeholders, presenting to executives, and resolving conflicts.
  • • Strong analytical and observational skills, including expertise in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating large volumes of information, tracking metrics, managing risks, and ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.
  • • Experience creating detailed project plans, spreadsheets, presentation materials, and process documentation using standard office tools, with familiarity in various project management methodologies.
  • • Self-starter mindset with the ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and processes with minimal assistance, exercising good judgment in selecting appropriate methods for problem-solving.
