- • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional IT programs with a primary focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) transformation across Enterprise IT, Networking, and Information Security.
- • Build and drive comprehensive program plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics across multiple interdependent workstreams.
- • Partner closely with Engineering, Security Engineering, Compliance, and Technical Operations teams to align priorities, remove blockers, and ensure coordinated execution.
- • Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and obstacles by identifying root causes and implementing clear mitigation strategies to maintain program momentum.
- • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- • Lead the rollout and modernization of IAM capabilities including identity lifecycle management, provisioning, authentication (SSO and MFA), authorization models (RBAC), and governance frameworks.
- • Facilitate Agile and hybrid delivery practices such as Scrum and Kanban to improve team velocity, transparency, and delivery outcomes.
- • Maintain a single source of truth for program status using tools like Jira, ensuring accurate backlog management, sprint planning, and progress reporting.
- • Deliver clear, concise, and executive-level reporting on program progress, risks, roadblocks, and measurable outcomes to both technical and non-technical leadership.
- • Drive operational excellence by embedding security, compliance, and audit readiness into all phases of IAM program delivery.
- • Maintain structured workflows and documentation to ensure scalability, reproducibility, and knowledge transfer across teams.
- • Navigate regulated environments with a strong understanding of security frameworks, audit requirements, and compliance obligations.
- • Thrive in fast-paced, high-impact settings by bringing structure to ambiguity, taking ownership of outcomes, and influencing without direct authority.
- • Support company-wide initiatives that directly enhance security posture, reduce operational risk, and improve compliance readiness at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Technical Project or Program Management within IT, infrastructure, or security environments
- • Proven experience delivering cross-functional initiatives across Enterprise IT, networking, and information security (IAM experience strongly preferred)
- • Strong understanding of IAM concepts including identity lifecycle, access provisioning, authentication (SSO/MFA), RBAC, and governance
- • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments with knowledge of security frameworks and audit requirements
- • Hands-on experience with Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, including backlog management, sprint planning, and reporting
- • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, balance competing priorities, and maintain a clear source of truth across tools and teams
