📋 Description

• As a Technical Recruiter, you'll play a key role in building Pulley's team and business.
• You'll manage end-to-end recruiting with a focus on scaling our San Francisco office.
• As an early recruiting team hire, you'll have the opportunity to shape our talent acquisition strategy and processes.
• You'll run full-cycle on our technical roles - source, screen, close.
• You'll partner with leadership and hiring managers on strategy and execution.
• You'll create an exceptional candidate experience.
• You'll collaborate to improve our recruiting operations.
• You'll work on-site in downtown San Francisco 3x / week.
