- • Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and product roles, including Full Stack Engineers, Data Engineers, Product Managers, DevOps Engineers, and Integration Engineers.
- • Partner directly with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and build effective hiring plans.
- • Engage passive candidates through creative channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Findem, GitHub, niche communities, referrals, and networking events.
- • Manage and optimize the candidate pipeline within our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby), ensuring accurate data, timely follow-up, and a smooth candidate experience.
- • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess technical fit, motivation, and alignment with company values.
- • Coordinate and guide candidates through the interview process, keeping all stakeholders aligned and moving efficiently.
- • Negotiate offers and manage the closing process, balancing candidate expectations with business needs.
- • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, including specialized or hard-to-fill roles.
- • Track and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness) to continuously improve hiring efficiency.
- • Champion a positive, professional candidate experience at every stage of the process.
- • Stay current on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and the competitive talent landscape in tech and construction technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth tech environment.
- • Proven track record recruiting for Full Stack Engineering, Data Engineering, Product Management, DevOps, or Integration Engineering roles.
- • Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) — experience with Ashby or Greenhouse is strongly preferred.
- • Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels, with a proven ability to engage passive candidates.
