- ⢠As a Technical Recruiter at Notion Labs, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the companyâs future by identifying, attracting, and closing top engineering talent in partnership with engineering leaders and founders. Your work directly impacts Notionâs ability to innovate and scale, ensuring the company hires individuals who align with its mission of building beautiful, all-in-one tools for work and life.
- ⢠You will own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles across San Francisco and New York City, from proactive sourcing and candidate engagement to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support. This includes designing thoughtful, warm, and consistent candidate experiences that reflect Notionâs values of clarity, empathy, and excellence.
- ⢠You will act as a strategic advisor to engineering teams, translating business goals into hiring plans and ensuring the right talent is brought in at the right time to support product roadmaps, team growth, and organizational objectives.
- ⢠You will develop and execute innovative, multi-channel sourcing strategiesâleveraging both traditional and emerging toolsâto uncover passive and active candidates while maintaining a disciplined focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring funnel.
- ⢠You will coach and elevate the hiring capabilities of engineering interviewers and hiring managers, providing training, feedback, and best practices to improve interview quality, reduce bias, and increase hiring efficiency.
- ⢠You will use data and metrics to continuously refine recruiting processes, identify bottlenecks, measure source effectiveness, and drive improvements that reduce time-to-hire and increase offer acceptance rates without compromising quality.
- ⢠You will inspire and engage candidates at every touchpoint, conveying Notionâs culture, vision, and product passion with authenticityâturning interviews into meaningful conversations that leave candidates excited about the possibility of joining the team.

- ⢠7+ years of engineering recruiting experience, with a proven blend of building teams from zero-to-one and scaling hiring at high-growth technology companies
- ⢠Demonstrated success in identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional technical talent across software engineering, infrastructure, and related domains
- ⢠Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a consistent track record of delivering high-touch, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experiences
- ⢠Ability to act as a team multiplierâbringing a Notion-first mentality, positive attitude, and collaborative spirit to cross-functional partnerships
- ⢠Curiosity and willingness to learn and adopt AI tools and modern recruiting technologies to enhance efficiency and decision-making
