📋 Description

• Technical Recruiter role at Clay Labs Inc. focused on hiring for Engineering, Product, and Design teams to support rapid company growth and strategic talent acquisition.
• Own the full recruiting cycle including sourcing, outreach, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate experience from start to finish for technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, design effective interview processes, and make data-informed hiring decisions that align with team and company goals.
• Collaborate with leadership on recruiting strategy, including quality-of-hire metrics, interview design, and employer branding to attract top talent.
• Contribute to a thoughtful and consistent candidate experience that reflects Clay’s unique culture and values.
• Work within a fast-growing, innovative company backed by top investors and serving high-profile clients like Anthropic, Notion, Google, and Ramp.

• 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience with a proven track record of success in technical hiring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging candidates and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Sharp interviewing instincts and ability to assess high-potential candidates beyond resumes.
