- • Join Fieldguide Inc. as a pivotal Technical Recruiter, spearheading the expansion of our Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) organization during a dynamic growth phase. This role is instrumental in shaping the future of our technology teams, ensuring we attract and secure the brightest minds in the industry. You will be at the forefront of executing full-cycle technical recruitment, from initiating proactive sourcing campaigns to successfully closing offers with elite technical talent. If you are a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, excels at building robust relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, and leverages data to optimize recruiting processes, this is an unparalleled opportunity to make a significant impact.
- • As a key partner to our CTO/Co-Founder and EPD leadership, you will deeply understand team structures, anticipate hiring needs, and translate these insights into actionable hiring plans and strategies executed with exceptional speed and precision. Your ability to align recruiting efforts with the company's ambitious growth trajectory will be critical to our success.
- • You will own the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical roles. This encompasses identifying potential candidates through diverse channels, meticulously screening applications, conducting insightful interviews, and ultimately guiding candidates through the offer and closing stages. Your proactive approach will ensure a consistent flow of high-caliber talent into our pipeline.
- • A core responsibility will be to design and implement creative sourcing strategies and targeted outreach campaigns. You will leverage a variety of online platforms, professional networks, industry events, and innovative methods to identify, attract, and engage top-tier technical talent. Building and nurturing a robust talent pipeline for both immediate and future hiring needs will be a continuous focus.
- • Conducting thorough and insightful interviews is paramount. You will be adept at assessing not only a candidate's technical proficiency and relevant experience but also their cultural fit and alignment with Fieldguide's values. This ensures we are building a cohesive and high-performing team.
- • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience is non-negotiable. You will maintain clear, consistent, and timely communication throughout the entire hiring process, providing constructive feedback and ensuring every candidate feels valued and respected, regardless of the outcome. This commitment to excellence enhances our employer brand.
- • You will embrace a data-driven approach to recruitment, meticulously tracking and reporting on key recruiting metrics. This includes conversion rates at various stages, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and other relevant KPIs. By analyzing this data, you will identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and continuously refine search strategies and process efficiency to achieve optimal results.
- • Building and maintaining trusted, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across the EPD organization is essential. Your strong communication skills, reliability, and proactive follow-through will foster confidence and ensure seamless collaboration.
- • You will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruiting processes and infrastructure. As an early-stage startup, your insights and initiative in developing scalable recruiting practices, implementing new tools, and optimizing workflows will be highly valued and directly contribute to our ability to grow effectively.
- • This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the recruiting function within a rapidly scaling, remote-first SaaS company that is revolutionizing the audit and advisory space. You will be instrumental in building the teams that drive innovation and deliver exceptional value to our customers, contributing to the future of business trust.
