📋 Description

  • • Heidi Health is at the forefront of revolutionizing healthcare with its AI Care Partner, a sophisticated solution designed to support clinicians throughout their entire workflow, from meticulous documentation to the compassionate delivery of care. Our mission is to dramatically increase healthcare's capacity while preserving the essential human element at the core of patient interactions. In a remarkably short period, Heidi has already liberated over 18 million hours for clinicians and provided support for more than 73 million patient visits globally. Currently, our technology powers over ten million patient visits each month across 116 countries and supports more than 110 languages, demonstrating our extensive reach and impact.
  • • Founded by a team of dedicated clinicians, Heidi brings together a diverse and multidisciplinary group of professionals, including engineers, designers, scientists, creatives, and mathematicians. We are united by a shared purpose: to reinforce and enhance the human connection that is fundamental to healthcare. Our rapid growth is fueled by nearly USD$100 million in total funding, enabling significant expansion across Australia, New Zealand, the USA, the UK, Canada, and Europe, with strategic partnerships established with major health systems.
  • • We pride ourselves on a culture that moves with agility where it counts, while remaining firmly grounded in proven methodologies, as we collectively shape the future trajectory of healthcare. This role presents a unique opportunity to be an integral part of this transformative journey.
  • • As a Technical Recruiter at Heidi, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our highly talented Product and Engineering teams across the UK and the broader EMEA region. The rapid expansion of Heidi necessitates the continuous building of truly exceptional engineering, product, and AI teams. We are seeking an individual who possesses a keen ability to identify outstanding technical talent, engage them in a meaningful and authentic manner, and manage sophisticated recruitment processes that consistently result in high-quality hires.
  • • You will collaborate intimately with Product and Engineering leadership to strategically shape our teams, elevate the caliber of talent with every hire, and establish robust hiring foundations that will sustain our accelerated growth phase. This is not merely a coordination function; it is a high-ownership position where your astute judgment, innate instincts, and proven ability to cultivate trust are paramount.
  • • Heidi is at the cutting edge of developing AI-native products and ambient technology that are fundamentally redefining the operational landscape for clinicians. This requires attracting and hiring engineers and product leaders who are not only comfortable operating at the vanguard of applied AI but also possess a systems-thinking mindset, demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in their work, and are driven by a desire to build technology that delivers tangible, real-world impact. If this prospect ignites your passion, this role offers the direct opportunity to shape the very teams responsible for creating this groundbreaking technology.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass owning the technical hiring lifecycle end-to-end. This includes meticulously defining roles and crafting compelling job descriptions, through to managing offers and securing acceptances, all while ensuring a consistently thoughtful and high-quality candidate experience at every touchpoint.
  • • You will partner closely with hiring managers, particularly within Product, Engineering, and AI, to expertly lead early-stage interviews, meticulously filter applications, and conduct insightful technical screening calls, often managing over 15 concurrent roles.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to optimize the interview process, enhancing our ability to identify high-calibre technical talent. This will involve developing structured question banks focusing on situational, behavioral, and values-based assessments, with an added layer of rigor specifically for technical signal evaluation.
  • • You will provide crucial support to hiring managers in the design of meaningful role-related tasks, coding challenges, and take-home assignments that accurately gauge real-world capabilities and problem-solving skills.
  • • When necessary for highly specialized technical roles, you will activate headhunting strategies, proactively mapping competitor landscapes, identifying key talent profiles, and building robust pipelines across engineering, AI, and product domains.
  • • You will be instrumental in benchmarking elite technical talent, assisting hiring managers in clearly differentiating between good and exceptional candidates and ensuring consistent calibration across all teams.
  • • You will collaborate with the Head of People to implement and refine talent acquisition tools, processes, and systems to effectively support our scaling operations.
  • • Building and nurturing strong relationships across the broader tech ecosystem—including engineers, product managers, and operators—will be essential for developing a high-calibre technical talent pipeline.
  • • You will contribute to elevating our employer brand through creative initiatives, representing Heidi at conferences, networking events, community meetups, and across various digital platforms like blogs and social media.
