We are a dynamic and growing team of approximately 70 individuals, with a significant concentration of around 45 professionals in our engineering department, spread across North and South America.
- • To fuel our rapid expansion and maintain our trajectory of innovation, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. This critical role will be instrumental in scaling our world-class engineering and product departments. As our customer base diversifies and the complexity of our AI-driven platform increases, the demand for exceptional talent grows exponentially. Your primary mission will be to build and nurture robust pipelines of highly qualified candidates, ensuring we have the right people in place to meet and exceed our ambitious goals.
- • In this pivotal position, you will forge direct partnerships with our hiring managers and senior leadership. Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of executing strategic recruiting initiatives. This includes identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for a wide array of roles across our engineering disciplines – encompassing backend, frontend, DevOps, and cutting-edge Machine Learning/AI specialists. Furthermore, you will recruit for our product organization, seeking out talent in design, product management, and other key areas. - • Your day-to-day will involve owning the complete recruitment lifecycle for both technical and product positions. This includes the meticulous process of sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, orchestrating and managing the interview process, and ultimately extending and closing offers. You will be a key architect in building and sustaining a consistent flow of qualified candidates by employing creative sourcing methodologies and proactive outbound strategies. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers will be paramount. You will work collaboratively to deeply understand the specific requirements of each role, collaboratively craft targeted outreach strategies, and continuously calibrate on the quality of talent being presented.

This includes monitoring pipeline health, conversion rates at each stage, and overall hiring velocity. By analyzing this data, you will identify areas for optimization and implement process enhancements to refine our recruiting efforts. Furthermore, you will serve as an authentic ambassador for Canals in the market. Your role will involve compellingly articulating our unique story, our mission, and the exciting opportunities we offer, in a manner that resonates with and excites top technical talent, positioning us as an employer of choice.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, either in-house or at a recruiting agency, with a proven history of successfully filling roles.
- • Demonstrated expertise in creative and effective candidate sourcing techniques, including advanced search methodologies and efficient filtering.
- • Strong communication, interpersonal, and candidate engagement/selling skills, with the ability to qualify and close candidates in competitive markets.
- • Prior experience recruiting for a variety of technical roles, such as software engineering (backend, frontend), machine learning/AI, DevOps, product management, and design.
- • Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions concurrently and maintain consistent pipeline momentum in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
