- • As a Technical Recruiter at Sanity, Inc, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our Engineering and Product teams by owning the full-cycle recruitment process for mid- to leadership-level roles in North America and Europe.
- • You will act as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders and hiring managers, developing workforce plans, sourcing diverse candidates, leveraging data and AI to improve hiring efficiency, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
- • You will join a remote-first, globally distributed team at a fast-growing AI-powered content operations company backed by top-tier investors and serving innovative clients like Figma, Riot Games, and Nordstrom.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in technical recruiting, influence hiring strategy at scale, build recruiting processes and playbooks, and grow as a trusted partner in shaping a high-performing, inclusive workforce.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 8 years of recruiting experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a scaling startup environment
- • Experience hiring across Product, Engineering, and Leadership roles in a globally distributed team setting
- • Proficiency with recruiting platforms such as Ashby or similar tools, and experience building recruiting processes and playbooks
- • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to shifting priorities
- • Based in EST/CST time zones in the United States or Canada
- • Demonstrated ownership, urgency, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
